This is Balbo’s response to natural wines, made with minimal intervention. Fermented in steel tanks with native yeasts and no sulfur added at any time in the process, the result is a delicious malbec brimming with floral, herbal, and ripe red-fruit flavors and aromas. Firm texture, fine, sharp tannins, vibrant acidity, and lingering flavors. This malbec comes entirely from vineyards in the Los Chacayes zone, more than 1,100 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley
