Château Maris, located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of Southern France, was named one of the “five most environmentally friendly wineries in the world” by Wine Spectator. The carbon-neutral vineyard produces award-winning, terroir-driven wines.

The “Cuisse de Nymphe Emue” is a variety of pink rose. It was brought to France at the end of the 16th century, from the Crimea. This Rosé is pressed directly without being in contact with the skins and is fermented in concrete vats which produces a very light pink wine that has refreshing acidity and great mouthfeel. Red berries, citrus, watermelon, mineral, grapefruit, and pear flavors swim across the palate. It’s a lovely match with a salad, or BBQ Pork, or at a picnic, or poolside.
